Iyengar yoga comes to us from Sri B.K.S. Iyengar of Pune, India.

He has practiced, taught and studied yoga for over 70 years and is internationally acknowledged as one of the founders of modern yoga. His classic books, from Light on Yoga to Light on Life, are considered essential reading for any serious yoga practitioner.
