Linda began her yoga study at the age of 56 when she was diagnosed with osteoarthritis. After 4 months of daily practise using books she discovered the Peninsula Yoga Centre and the Iyengar method. She started taking one class a week while maintaining a daily home practice. Aware of the tremendous benefits yoga brings her she asked to pursue teacher training so she could pass on the technique and discipline to others. A yoga practitioner remains a life-long learner and as such Linda continues to study with local and visiting teachers. Linda earned her Introductory II certification this March 2012 at an assessment held in Roberts Creek, BC.
