Marlene Miller

Marlene has been a student of Iyengar Yoga since 1975. She has been teaching Yoga since 1979 on the Saanich Peninsula and in Victoria. Marlene studies regularly with Shirley Daventry French at the Iyengar Yoga Centre of Victoria as well as other Canadian and international senior teachers. Marlene's dedication and commitment to Yoga has taken her to India on several occasions to study and practice with Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar, his daughter Geeta and son Prashant in pursuit of deepening her experience and knowledge of the Art of Yoga. Marlene holds the Senior Intermediate I. level of certification, is an active member of the Iyengar Yoga Association of Canada, a teacher trainer with the Victoria Yoga Centre, and a founding member of the PYC and serves on its board of directors.
